We appreciate your decision to invest in your personal and professional development by enrolling in our training program. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established this No Refund Policy. By enrolling in our program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
2. No Refund Policy:
All payments made for the 4-in-1 Training Program are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to the following:
Participant withdrawal from the program.
Non-attendance or partial participation.
Dissatisfaction with the program content.
Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances.
Any other reason not explicitly outlined in this policy.
3. Transfer of Enrollment:
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we may consider transferring your enrollment to a future session of the same program, subject to availability and our discretion. A transfer request must be made in writing and received by our support team at least 7 days before the program's start date. We may require a transfer fee for this service, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Program Modifications and Cancellations:
School Nursing Solutions reserves the right to modify or cancel a training program at its discretion. In the event of program cancellation, participants will be offered a full refund of the program fee. No additional compensation will be provided.
